We made this salad this week. It was so yum, and I think it would be even better as tacos. Just take out the lettuce & celery and add some shredded cabbage....It would be delish. Try it either way!
You mean there's a use for all those chilis that I throw out after using the sauce in Cafe Rio pork? Fabulous. My mouth is watering and it's not even 9am.
